KENTSEL ARAMA KURTARMA EĞİTİM STANDARTLARI

Kentsel Arama ve Kurtarma eğitimleri üzerinde bir çalışma olan bu proje, İTÜ, Afet ve Acil Durum Yonetimi Yüksek Lisans Tezi olarak hazırlanmıştır. 1999 dan bu yana bu başlığın ortaya çıkmasında beklentiler, yaşanan deneyimlerle elde edilen mücadele rol almıştır. Bu araştırmanın kapsamı; aşağıda bahsedilen konulara odaklanmaktadır: Öncelikle KAVK standartları ve bunların gerekliliği, Diğer ülkelerdeki KAVK yaklaşımları, Türkiye’de ki KAVK olgusunun Arama Kurtarma ekipleriyele yapılan anket ve görüşmeler sonucu belgelenmesi, Türkiye’de KAVk sisteminin nasıl olacağı beklentisi…  / This project is a study and research on Urban Search and Rescue (SAR) trainings. Since 1999, some kind of expectations or prejudices derived from living experiences of mine framed the approach to the topic. The concept of this research focuses on below mentioned areas; Firstly, USAR standards and the necessity of the standards are reviewed. Brief introductions about systematic approaches of other countries are given afterwards. Then USAR in Turkey is documented based on interviews and surveys conducted with key persons from SAR organizations. Lastly this project has focused on how the system will be in Turkey.
